RCH-Care Limited was registered in 2021, born from an ambition to not only provide an excellent service to those we support but also to support its staff in having a career they enjoy and the ability to further develop themselves and progress in the areas they choose

Ryan, one of our Co Directors, has worked in Supported Living in the local area for over 15 years and has previous experience as a Registered Manager.
He is a certified PROACT SCIPr-UK Instructor and specialises in supporting those with a diagnosis of behaviours of concern, severe autism, Learning disabilities, ADHD, PDA and other complex diagnoses, with an excellent track record in proactively supporting individuals in reducing behaviours, which enables them to fulfil their chosen goals and ambitions.

Helen, our other Co Director, has worked in supported housing for over 20 years in Kent with vulnerable young people and has worked directly as a 1 to 1 support both in the community and school settings for people with sever autism and ADHD.
Additionally she has personal experience raising her twin boys, both of whom are diagnosed with autism, one of which is high functioning and the other has ADHD alongside other comorbidities.

Our Journey
Established in 2021, RCH-Care Limited has grown steadily over the years to become a trusted name in the care industry. With a dedicated team and a commitment to excellence, we have expanded our services and reach, enabling our young adults to live their best life possible to our clients. Our journey is a testament to our passion for making a difference in the lives of those we support.

Our Journey began in 2021 when RCH-Care Limited was born.
​
2022-
We acquired our first property in Earls Barton, along with our First Service User.
​
2023-
We had our 2nd service user move in.
​
2024-
RCH-Care Limited moved office to Earls Baron, West Street.
​
We had our 3rd & 4th Service User move in, successfully making all voids full.
​
2025-
Acquired 2nd property in the Earls Barton area and later that year our 5th Service user moved in.
​
We recently acquired our 3rd property in Northamptonshire, with a view to it being ready for a young adult, early 2026.
