The service we provide is based within the county of Northamptonshire. It is for working age adults with varying degrees of support needs, which could include, but is not limited to; Personal care, Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, Downs Syndrome, Sensory Impairments, Physical Disability, Eating Disorders, Autism, Behaviours of concern, and/or other complex needs and diagnoses.
We will always put the service user’s needs and individualism at the forefront of our person centred support.
RCH-care Ltd ensures it is responsive to the service users’ needs and wants, making sure their quality of life, independence and wellbeing is at the heart of the support that we, as a company, will provide, as will the staff we employ, that also deliver the support. By delivering on our aims, building trust with our service users and empowering them, it paves the way into ensuring the aims and objectives of our company are being met.
To support our service users in leading a life that meets their dreams, goals and aspirations, enabling them to gain greater independence, have more choice, treated with dignity and respect and supporting them to create and maintain meaningful relationships.
By RCH-Care Ltd involving the individual, families, and all related professionals to help support the service user in the direction they wish to go in.

To promote and support their physical and mental health and wellbeing

To ensure they are involved within the community and made to feel a part of it.

To learn skills which will enable them to live as independently as possible within the community.

To support the service user to make all their own choices, ensure all their needs are met and are free from harassment, discrimination or abuse of any kind.

To carry out the providers ethos that all service users are treated with respect and dignity at all times, ensuring they have personal freedom around all aspects of life.

To provide a unique service to the individual ensuring the service user receives person centred support & care at all times, and is continually reviewed around their needs, wants and desires.

To ensure all service users are safeguarded against abuse or unprofessional care, making sure they have a voice and can be in control of reporting any concerns.

To support individuals to manage their monies and be in control of their income and expenditure, empowering the service user with their finances. RCH-Care Ltd will only be involved with a service users’ finances where Best Interests are applicable.
Regardless of age, diagnosis or capability, RCH-Care Ltd will support its service user's to gain independence, access to the community, and further their life skills.
